Jacee Group is a luxury listings website associated with Jeremy Ck Lee. Its current collection focuses on property. The website uses WordPress and server hosting to display its pages and maintain site security.
Information you choose to share
If you contact Jeremy through a linked service, any information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry. Please share only the information needed for that conversation.
Technical information and cookies
The hosting environment may process technical information, including IP addresses and request details, to operate and secure the website. WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and administration. We have not added advertising or analytics tracking to this initial setup.

Owner enquiry submissions
When you submit the owner form, we store your name, contact details, property information and message privately in WordPress so Jeremy can review and respond to your enquiry. Submissions are restricted to site administrators and are not published as property listings.
We use a short-lived security token and a hashed connection identifier to reduce spam and duplicate submissions. This form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. When email notifications are enabled, a short alert with a private admin link is sent to Jacee Group’s nominated inboxes. Your submitted property and contact details stay in WordPress. To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, contact Jeremy through our Contact page.
WhatsApp handoff
The owner form saves your submission privately in WordPress. If you choose Save & open WhatsApp, it then opens WhatsApp with your name, property summary, area, price range and enquiry reference prepared in the message. You choose whether to send it. Phone and email fields and free-text notes are not added to that message. The current owner form does not request an exact property address or map pin. WhatsApp is an external service with its own privacy practices. You can choose Save enquiry only instead.
Email notifications are currently disabled; enquiries are retained in the WordPress inbox.
